Kayaking at Kumbol Beach in Arikady, Kumbala (Kasaragod), is attracting many visitors. The kayaking station is situated near a grassy area in a location of great natural beauty. Tourists are already drawn to the site by the walkway constructed a few years ago by the District Tourism Promotion Council; the introduction of kayaking through a public-private partnership adds to the appeal. District Collector Arjun Pandian spent hours kayaking at the location and was accorded a reception by the Arikady Development and Protection Committee.
