Four days defining the future of global hospitality technology: HTLF’s ‘Confluence’26’ has been officially inaugurated in Alappuzha.

Alappuzha: ‘Confluence’26’—the fifth annual conclave and edition organized by the Hospitality Technology Leaders Forum (HTLF), a collective of prominent professionals in the hospitality technology sector—has commenced at the Olivia Hotel in Alappuzha. The event is being held under the theme “Reconnect • Collaborate • Create” and the guiding message, “People First… Technology Always.” Confluence’26 brings together leading figures in hospitality technology, digital transformation experts, technology executives, and industry innovators from the Gulf region onto a single platform.

The gathering, attended by hospitality IT leaders from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait, serves as a forum for in-depth discussions and knowledge sharing on key topics such as emerging technology trends, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud technology, and operational excellence. Chef Suresh Pillai (Chef Pillai) inaugurated Confluence’26. Dr. Siji Raveendran—a prominent clinical psychologist, corporate trainer, and author based in Dubai—served as the chief guest.
Professionals from the business, real estate, and hospitality sectors operating in both Dubai and Kerala participated as Guests of Honour. Stacy Samuel Vanchipara, President Baiju Philip Valiyath, Secretary Mubeer Meethal, and Head of Innovation Mohammed Noufal attended the event.
