It requires participants to complete swimming, cycling, and running segments sequentially. In individual events, a single athlete completes all three stages; the final result depends not only on performance in each discipline but also on the time taken to transition between them. The ‘sprint’ category covers a shorter distance, while the ‘Olympic-distance’ category involves a longer course. In the relay format, team members divide the various stages among themselves.Polina stood out in the women’s sprint competition by achieving a double victory: she finished first in the 18–29 age group and also secured the top position in the overall women’s rankings. Airn secured first place in the 30–34 age category, while Rachel took the top spot in the 35–39 age category. In the men’s Olympic-distance relay, the team comprising Amir Al Bahri, Kirill Merl, and Khalifa Al Nuaimi clinched second place. This achievement in the relay—an event where both individual excellence and team coordination are crucial—further highlighted the success of the GDRFA team.
