Fareej Fridge to provide relief in the summer heat
Dubai I The ‘Fareej Fridge’ project is being activated again to spread care and love to the workers who are working tirelessly for the development of the city even in the summer heat. This humanitarian initiative, jointly organized by the Dubai General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA Dubai) and Farjan Dubai, will distribute cold drinking water, juices and ice cream free of charge to workers at various workplaces.
The project is being implemented with the health and well-being of workers working in open areas during the summer. The ‘Fareej Fridge’ is a vehicle that visits construction workers, infrastructure projects and service sectors in various parts of the city and distributes cold drinks to them, while also expressing the community’s respect and gratitude for their hard work. This year’s tour will begin at Dubai Harbour on August 3. The ‘Fareej Fridge’ vehicle will then visit Al Maktoum International Airport on August 4, Palm Jumeirah – Crescent Road on August 5, and Business Bay – Al Nakheel Road on August 6 to distribute cold drinking water, juices and ice cream to the workers.
