Dubai l Kerala’s leading cybersecurity initiative, the Kerala Cyber Security Summit (KCSS), will be held on September 5, 2026 at Le Meridien, Kochi, the organizers announced at a press conference in Dubai. Over 750 delegates will participate to discuss the future of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital trust and cyber resilience. Over 40 speakers, over 20 expert sessions and over 10 leading technology partners will come together for this summit. The summit is organized by F9 Infotech in collaboration with the Kerala Startup Mission, Government of Kerala. The summit is also supported by a strong coalition of leading strategic, industry, community, academia and technology stakeholders including Data Security Council of India, Tie Kerala and Cochin Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Shri Manoj Abraham, Director, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau and Director General of Police, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker. Senior Ministers of the Government of Kerala, prominent administrators, policymakers and diplomats are also expected to attend the summit. Further announcements on these are expected after final confirmation. The Summit 2026 will feature a host of prominent leaders from government, law and order, industry, academia, startups and the global technology sector. Member of Parliament Shri Hibi Eden, Vice Chancellor, Kerala Digital University Dr. Saji Gopinath, CEO, Data Security Council of India Vinayak Godse, and Lt. Gen. Madhavan Unnikrishnan Nair (Retd.), former National Cyber Security Coordinator, Government of India, are among the prominent speakers participating. The summit will help accelerate India’s journey towards a more secure and resilient digital future, share ideas, and enhance collaboration. It will be attended by policymakers, enterprise leaders, startup founders, MSMEs, researchers, technology experts, and students. Participants can avail keynote sessions, executive roundtables, technical masterclasses, AI attack simulations, interactive workshops, technology exhibitions, and excellent networking opportunities. The highlight of this year’s edition is the Cyber Excellence Awards 2026. The awards will recognize the best in India’s cybersecurity The awards are presented in five categories, recognizing contributions:

4. Cybersecurity Innovation Award
5. Ecosystem Excellence Award
The winners are selected by an independent national jury comprising eminent personalities from government, industry and academia. They will be felicitated at the summit. The last date for submission of nominations is 21 August 2026.
In this context of increasing scope of cyber threats, KCSS 2026 aims to strengthen collaboration between government, industry, academia and startups, while also advancing innovation, cyber resilience and digital trust. With the participation of leading decision-makers and experts from India and abroad, the summit is set to be one of the largest and most influential cybersecurity leadership gatherings in South India.
